MG began her career as a professional trainer in 2002 when she was selected to lead programs for Fred Pryor/CareerTrack Seminars (FP/CT). Originally, she specialized in business writing and grammar programs. As her skills increased and she began to produce extraordinary results she was asked to lead other courses including conflict and collaboration courses; influencing skills; and programs in customer service and sales.
While with FP/CT MG travelled to 48 states and worked with over 15,000 people. She was also filmed leading her successful “Conflict and Collaboration” course; that video was subsequently used to train other trainers in the organization. She also wrote a coaching manual to support the program. While at FP/CT, MG designed her first webinar – a program called “Customer Service and Sales” for call center representatives.
MG was also selected to lead other projects at FP/CT and she authored a script for a CD that was marketed nationally. Later in her tenure she was asked to lead on-site programs for key corporate and government clients.
In 2007, MG was invited to join Effective Training Associates as a contract trainer. For over 12 years she has led corporate on site programs and webinars for ETA.
