The MG Promise

Increase employee effectiveness, morale, and customer satisfaction.

Decrease the incident of employee or customer complaints; conflicts in the workplace; performance problems and poorly-documented performance; and potential exposure to liability.

Mary Grace (MG) Glasier

Mary Grace’s purpose in life is to serve others and make a difference. While in college pursuing a degree in English and Business at Florida State University, she was elected to student government, worked with the Florida Public Interest Research group as a student organizer, and began a tenants’ union.

Following college, she relocated to New York and worked as a canvasser for public interest projects. Her work as a canvasser led her to a career in fundraising.  As a development officer she worked with world leaders and global organizations including The Nature Conservancy and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). During her career as a development officer, she worked extensively in New York City with world renown philanthropists.

While working with RPI she traveled to Colorado to work with major donors as part of the school’s $200 million capital campaign. She fell in love with Colorado and relocated to the state. She continued her career in fundraising and worked at The National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine, leading their fund-raising campaign in New York City.

In 2002, she completed a career transition and became a professional trainer – leading public seminars and private classes to corporate clients, and webinars to international high-tech companies. She has developed a portfolio of over 20 programs; these programs can be delivered in a classroom setting or over the Internet in webinar format.

MG has a unique combination of creative skills and analytical abilities. Those qualities, combined with her commitment to making a difference for others make her a passionate, powerful, and effective advocate for individual and organizational performance. With an insatiable curiosity for learning and development, she constructs programs that are intentionally crafted to drive business results.
